-nurture relationships between Vendors and Consumers that grow, nourish and inspire.
- create a forum for conversation and ideas that lead to greater sustainability
- be a local marketplace for primary and secondary producers and artisans
-provide access to nutritional, locally grown, harvested and processed foods as well as
artisan products for both residents and visitors
